Critical Thinking & Decision Making, Ventura, CA

Update, September 21, 2017

CACEO has worked throughout this week with the Renaissance Palm Springs to rearrange some seating in order to accommodate more people.  We have completed that process and have accommodated all those from the wait list that we are able.  Those individuals have been notified.  If we receive other last minute cancellations, individuals still on the wait list will be accommodated.  We have closed the wait list as the likelihood of taking more than one or two from the remaining wait list is unlikely.

We continue to advise all others that there will be no onsite registration this year and ask that no one attempt to register onsite.

CACEO Board of Directors - Regional Elections - Ballots Sent

Ballots for the CACEO Board of Directors were sent out last evening, with messages specific to each region. Please check your email for a Survey Monkey survey. If you don't find it in your junk mail or regular mail, contact mbobrow@caceo.us for a direct web mail link.

We did not sent this out via our normal processes because our AMS system provider is in hurricane-ravaged Florida and, while our system is up and running, we are unable to contact technical support should we need it.

Please remember to vote for your Regional Representatives!

SUBSEQUENT TO THAT TIME . . .

CACEO has discovered a technical difficulty in the initial ballot casting. To ensure accuracy of the election, we have shut down the balloting for Regions 1, 4, 5 and 6. We will delete those and create new ballots.  We will again send regional ballots to those regions.  Regions 2, 3, 7 and 8 are not affected by this glitch and can continue to cast their ballots.

CACEO is sending ONLY to verified members within each region.  If you are in one of the affected regions and do not get a ballot once we reopen the election in those regions, please contact mbobrow@caceo.us and NO ONE ELSE.  We need to ensure the accuracy of requests and we do verify each request to ensure they are current members

As of December 31st, 2016, CACEO will no longer accept certificates from Santiago Canyon College. CACEO has now partnered with a new college to provide educational course credit and certification for our Code Enforcement Officer program.
